Image Don de Silva, Director, Changeways International: An internationally-renowned information technology and multi-media specialist, environmentalist, author and journalist. Experienced in creating, managing and implementing exciting  multi-media, information communication and technology programmes, in well over 80 countries. He took part in the environmental campaign, which led to the creation of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). First journalist to write on the relevance of environmental issues for the developing countries. With UNEP, he initiated global campaigns to create awareness about environment and sustainable development. He has created award-winning internet websites, particularly on human rights and also business enterprise. Articles published in over 450 blue-chip papers throughout the world. Publications include: "Conservation Measures in China"; "Against All Odds" (grassroot environmental action); and "Banking the Unbankable" (micro-credit schemes).
Wayne Kines George Poole: Many businesses, particularly in deprived areas across London, owe their success to George Poole. A “serial entrepreneur”, he goes out of the general business advice paths, to motivate people and provide that extra ingredient to create success. "Hands on” business expert with extensive experience of working in a variety of roles within industry and the voluntary sector, both in the UK and internationally, particularly in Eastern Europe and the Horn of Africa. Experienced in managing successful businesses and works with several business support agencies in the Greater London area. His business support projects have: provided “failed” business with a fresh start; turned around companies and charities with severe financial difficulties; introduced radical strategies for productivity, expansion and fund raising; motivated staff through change; and implemented business strategies, involving restructuring, sales and productivity.
Che Molava: Web programmer, network specialist, graphic designer and journalist. Skilled in both Linux and Windows operating systems. Strongly committed to the promotion of free software and value-based initiatives that benefit disadvantaged groups. Hands on experience in establishing free software-based content management systems and client relationship management systems. Has established several major websites for the voluntary sector in the UK. Creates exciting copy and manages on-line content. Working towards a Masters degree in Information Technology at a leading university.
Josef "Joey" Djokey: Has many years of ICT industry experience in Africa, particularly Ghana and the UK. As an Internet project manager, Djokey has established several websites for the voluntary sector. He uses his friendly communication skills to work with clients to develop successful websites and to optimize the sites for search engines.
